3.  Today, we talked about using the Safe Place.  We can use the Safe Place when we are angry.  At the Safe Place, we can do the "S.T.A.R."  (Veeran)

What did you do today?

1.  Today, I was pretending to be a teacher.  I sat on the teacher's rocking chair and Lucia, Lily and Aniyah were my students.  We were trying to find the name of the king or queen of the day.  (Sophie)
2. Today, I was at the Building Centre.  I built train tracks and a spaceship.  (Louis)
3.  Today, I practised writing my name.  I used a capital letter for the first letter of my name and lower case letters for the other letters.  (Lily)
4.  Today, I was at the Art Centre.  I wrote my name.  I created a flower out of markers and little pieced of tissue paper.  (Seanna)
5.  Today, I drew a flower.  I am going to finish my picture tomorrow.  (Gia)

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the Caterpillar Class' blog.  I am your child's Teacher, Mrs. Carroll, and your child's Early Childhood Educator is Mrs. Singh.  We look forward to our home and school partnership with the goal of making your child as successful as he or she can be.  

We are looking forward to meeting you on Program Night, which will be the evening of Wednesday, September 21st.  We will begin to blog the week following our Program Night.
