1.  Today, I went to the Science Centre window and we watched a big tractor pouring sand in our yard.  (Antonio)

1.  Today, I went to the "washing centre" and I washed some toys.  (Skylar)
2.  Today, I played Word Bingo with my Mommy.  (Erin)
3.  Today, I went to the Writing Centre and I made a summer book.  (Owen)
4.  Today, I did a Pic Collage on rainbows.  (Archita)
5.  Today, we went outside and we painted with water.  The water evaporated.  That means the water goes up to the sky to make clouds.  When the clouds are heavy, it rains.  (Gia)

What did you learn today?

1.  Today, I played French alphabet bingo.  I won a plastic jumping frog.  (Aidan)
2.  Today, we learned how to say "Happy Birthday, Canada" in French.  It's "Bonne fête, Canada".  (Lily)

5.  The other day, we were collecting caterpillars.  When we looked back at them today, we saw one of the caterpillars in a cocoon!  (Erin)

1.  Today, I played a French ABC bingo and I won.  I picked something from the prize box.  It was a fish. (Aidan)
2. Today, we went to the gym and we continued to learn about the Seven Grandfather Teachings.  (Lily)
3.  Today, I went to the Writing Centre and I drew a Father's Day card.  (Deshmi)
4.  Today, I wrote about the animal family that I built with Erin the other day.  I wrote under the picture of the animal family.  (Lucia)
5.  Today, I went to the Art Centre and I made the Grandfather Teachings by using playdoh and cookie cutters.  (Aniyah)

What did you learn today?

1.  Today, I played "Snakes and Ladders".  I counted the dots on the dice.  (Skylar)
2.  Today, I went to the Art Centre.  I did the 7 Grandfather Teachings with playdoh.  I had forgotten that the "buffalo" represents "respect".  (Sophie)
3.  Today, I found la ladybug picture in an insect book.  I made a ladybug with loose parts.  Mrs. Carroll took a picture of my ladybug.  Tomorrow, I will write about it.  (Archita)
4.  Today, I played with K'Nex.  I made a spinning top and I counted how many seconds it spun.  I kept adding my numbers.  I counted to 102.  (Owen)
5.  Today, we went to the Learning Commons.  A librarian from the Ottawa Public Library talked to us about the summer reading program.  The librarian also read us a book about astronauts.  (Gia)

What did you learn today?

1.  Today, I tried really hard to go to the next level of OSMO Coding.  I will try again next time.  (Gia)
2.  Today, I went to the Art Centre.  I made a confetti cup.  It never runs out of confetti juice.  (Owen)
3.  Today, I sang a new song:  L-A-U-R-A, L-A-U-R-A, L-A-U-R-A and Laura is her name-o.  (Laura)
4.  Today, I drew a picture of me and my mom baking together.  I wrote about it.  I stretched out words and I wrote the sounds I heard.  (Lily)

1.  Today, we read a book about fire fighters.  I learned what to do when there is a fire in the house.  You stop what you're doing, drop and roll.  (Aniyah)
2.  Today, Lily and I went to the Blocks Centre.  We are building a community centre for animals.  Tomorrow, we are going to finish the building and then we are going to draw what we built.  (Gia)
3.  Today, I went to the fire station at the Dramatic Centre with Samuella and Andrew.  (Archita)
